Do you maintain websites you didn’t build?

Yes. If it’s a WordPress website, we can look after it. We start with a quick health check and fix anything urgent.

Do I need to host with you?

No, although hosting with us makes maintenance faster and backups more reliable.

What happens if my website gets hacked?

On Business and WooCommerce Care plans, malware clean-up is included. On Essential Care, we restore from backup and quote for any extra work.

Can unused content-change time roll over?

Unused time doesn’t roll over, but we’re flexible if you need a bit extra in a busy month.
