Website rental FAQs
No. You pay your first monthly fee when we start building, and that’s it.
Rental plans have a 12-month minimum term, then continue month to month. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice after the first 12 months.
Renting is a service, so the website stays ours while you rent it. That’s how we can include hosting, updates, security and changes in one low monthly fee. Your domain name is always registered in your name, and you keep the content and photos you supplied.
Rental plans don’t include a buy-out. If you’d rather own your website outright, our once-off web design packages start from R3,500.
After your minimum term, give 30 days’ notice and we take the rented website offline. Your domain and email can be moved to any provider, and we’ll help you do it.
Yes. You can move to a bigger plan at any time as your business grows.
